Above all, the Cedar Valley Bicycle Collective is committed to improving and giving back to the community.  The Cedar Valley broadly refers to Waterloo and Cedar Falls, Iowa and surrounding communities.

Bike Rodeos
The CVBC donates bikes and helmets for use at Bike Rodeos held at various elementary schools in the area.  The Bike Rodeos are made possible through a partnership with the Iowa Bicycle Coalition, INRCOG, and Upper Explorerland RPC.  The Bike Collective is happy to share these resources in line with our goal of providing the community with educational opportunities regarding bicycle safety, bicycle repair, and bicycle riding.

Donations
The CVBC also donates to other community activities that share our goals.  We have given both monitary donations as well as donated bicycles.  To request a donation, please email cvbikecollective@gmail.com.  Your request will be considered at the following board meeting.
